Ready Mixed Floor Screed

L&S Concrete produces ready mixed sand & cement screed to suit your particular project. Unlike many other concrete suppliers, our floor screed is not pre-produced. We mix the material on site to give you a fresh screed with the maximum 'working time'. We can also incorporate a retarder to allow a delayed set for up to 12 hours. The flexibility of this vehicle allows an increase in quantity at the touch of a button.

Mixes

5:1 Floor Screed
For finishing floors, where a smooth finish is required, 5:1 is the ratio of sharp sand to cement. This is the weakest of the 3 options.

4:1 Floor Screed
For finishing floors, where a smooth finish is required, 4:1 is the ratio of sharp sand to cement. This is a medium strength mix and the most popular.

3:1 Floor Screed
For finishing floors, where a smooth finish is required, 3:1 is the ratio of sharp sand to cement. This is the strongest of the 3 options.

Polypropylene Fibres
Fibres can be added to help reduce the risk of plastic-cracking through surface shrinkage. This is not a replacement for steel reinforcement should it be specified.
