Online Reporting Assistance

How to View a Web Report
1. Log in with your username and password issued to you. If you do not have one or have forgotten your username or password, please email us at info@lswaste.co.uk .
2. Select 'Web Reports' from the menu in the top right.
3. Use the options on the left to choose between the available reports available to your company. The reports available vary depending on the type of service we provide you.
Main Reports:
- Collections/Customer/Billing List - This is a list of all container tickets which have not yet been Invoiced.
- Collections/Customer/Container Movements - List of all container tickets between dates you input.
- Weighbridge/Audits/Ticket Reprint - Reprint weighbridge tickets.
- Weighbridge//Customer/Billing List - This is a list of all weighbridge tickets which have not yet been Invoiced.
4. When viewing a report, you can use the arrow buttons in the top left to navigate through the pages. You can also search by entering the ticket number or date (for example) in the box in the top centre and pressing the binoculars.
* Please allow until 3pm on the day following a ticket date to allow for processing time *
5. When finished, please log out using the button on the left.

How to enable third party cookies
1. In Internet Explorer, click the 'Tools' menu
2. Choose 'Internet Options'
3. Select the 'Privacy' tab
4. Move the settings slider to 'Low' or 'Accept All Cookies'
5. Click 'OK'
6. When you have finished using our service, you can reset your settings by following the same steps above and select 'Default'
